Take a new angle on your traditional photo booth for a flattering view of your guests. With overhead photography, you can make your set a creative part of your event, like having guests fly through a cityscape or lie down in a relaxing beachside chair.

The Collection Case Study

This Spring, All Access helped luxury car dealer The Collection in Miami, Florida host the Yelp Elite #ExperienceMore event with Audi. Part of their experience included test driving an Audi, touring the 3-story dealership/shop and snapping a photo with us!

We thought overhead photography would go perfectly with this event, as it allowed them to fully showcase the product they were promoting: the Audi. Plus, the guests had a blast taking their picture from inside the convertible really bringing in that #ExperienceMore hashtag to reality.

Swatch Club X Video Production

Client: Swatch Club

Last fall Swatch hosted, for their Swatch Club members, an exclusive event at the Perez Art Museum Miami Art Survival Fair Party in Miami, FL. This unique exhibit (Swatch Loves Art) included 19 exclusive artist special watches, as well as a live art design by artist Brian Butler. Swatch brought All Access Booth on board to capture this Brand Experience and create a photo booth to encourage guests to interact with their brand onsite.

To capture this event, All Access provided event photography services, a recap video of the highlights, and a time-lapse video of the live artist featured. The recap video and time-lapse video were designed for use on their social media channels and website. Posted on both the Swatch and Swatch Club Instagram accounts, the recap video had a total of 6,469 views. 

As well as capturing the event, All Access provided a custom branded photo booth. The backdrop was a custom design displaying the original art of one of the participating artists, Ian Davenport, a beautiful cascading combination of bright colors.

Here at All Access, we love having our home base in sunny, beautiful Miami. The nearly endless sunshine & tropical vibes of South Beach somehow meet a pulsing downtown in Brickell and artsy Wynwood. When it comes to selecting your next event venue, this city has so much to offer. Sun & warmth year-round means that there is no wedding season, it’s always wedding season. Plus, corporate events can get creative with indoor & outdoor space any time of the year.

The Sacred Space  

Located in Wynwood, the Sacred Space is a modern, luxurious venue that feels like an oasis from the hustle and bustle. From private events to corporate events, this venue has various indoor and outdoor spaces that can be separated and united, depending on the need. Another great perk? It’s restaurant, Plant Miami, with a plant-based menu emphasizing on living foods inspired by the South Florida culture. This space is also recommended by our #1 client: Karla Events!

Photopia Miami

This photo studio is in the middle of the trending neighborhood Little River and has been there forever, seriously. The studio frequented music video & commercial video productions, but now the owners have expanded to private parties. One of our favorite things about this venue is the experience of entering it, from the parking lot to the front door, you definitely have stepped into a different world. Another Miami oasis... 🌴

Ace Studios + Lounge 

Enter Ace Studios, owned by Ace Props, the coolest and oldest prop house in Miami. Ace Studios actually has two very different studios for private events and for photo shoots. One of the best features of using Ace Studios is the furniture they rent, everything is beautiful and vintage pieces. We love the vibe!

Cafe Roval 

Cafe Roval, opened by the same owner as Soyka Restaurant, is one of the most enchanting spaces you will enter. The venue is new and it’s set inside a 1920’s historical coral house with a romantic patio and garden. It’s brought a lot of buzz to the Morningside neighborhood, with its charming warm setting and eclectic Mediterranean menu. A perfect venue for an unforgettable event. 

The Standard Hotel

Because it’s impossible to leave out Miami Beach when you are talking about Miami, this modern Scandinavian-inspired hotel has made our list. The Standard will knock your guests off their feet, with it’s beautifully designed spaces like the Lobby and the Bayside Dock below. We love the unique and European vibe of this venue, changing up the usual South Beach glamour.
